CANCELLATION POLICY
To preserve the integrity of each Down to the Root ritual, all appointments are reserved intentionally and in advance through our online booking system. A valid card is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Payment is collected in accordance with the selected service, package, or membership. Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, as well as missed appointments, will result in the forfeiture of the session or applicable charge. Rituals purchased as part of a membership or package are subject to the same cancellation policy. Late cancellations or no-shows will count as a used session. We kindly ask guests to arrive on time, as late arrivals may result in a shortened experience to honor the next scheduled ritual. Full service charges will still apply. Down to the Root reserves the right to refuse service or discontinue bookings to maintain a calm, respectful, and aligned environment for both guests and practitioners. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
